While mooching around on iTunes the other day I discovered the podcasts tab and did a search on knitting - there are hundreds of knitting podcasts on there and, I would imagine, there are a lot more hosted on other podcast hosts. Why have I never thought of searching for a knitting podcast before?
I´ve only had a chance to listen to one or two of the podcasts but my favourite so far is the Yarn Thing.
The shows are lively and Marly does great interviews with lots of different designers. I really enjoyed listening.
The podcast began in 2007 and is still going strong. She seems to have switched podcast hosts a couple of times so only the earlier versions (upto march 2009) are on iTunes. The best place to go is Marly´s blog The Yarn Thing which has links to her podcasts.

Knitting v Drawing
Most of this blog seems to be about drawing and I´ve been doing a lot of knitting and not much drawing. I definitely haven´t been blogging, I just can´t seem to put the knitting aside for long enough. I think I´m teetering on the edge of addiction.
I decided to start looking after my blog more, starting from today. I´ve spent the two hours learning the ropes again and changing my layout and templates again and not posting anything. My excuse - I´m still learning about this blogging lark and this little post is really just an excuse to create a Knitting label to see what my label cloud looks like!
